System restrictions

use of HUM systems (Highly Unusual Methods) is prohibited.
"Brown Sticker" conventions will be prohibited, except Wilkosz 2 diamonds.

Definitions:
HUM - Strong Pass; opening bids at one level with less than 8 HCP or weaker than pass by partnership agreement; opening bids at one level which shows either length or shortage in a specified suit, or either length in a specified suit or length elsewhere. Brown Sticker - weak opening bid of two clubs through three spades which does not promise at least four cards in a known suit; suit overcall of a natural opening bid of one of a suit that does not promise at least four cards in a known suit.

Alerting policy

Alerting policy coincides with WBF's one. Conventional bids and bids with special meaning should be alerted. Attention must be drawn to the fact that so should be alerted:
- non-forcing responses in a new suit to opening bids and overcalls from unpassed hand (both: with skip and without it);
- weak non-inviting skip raises of partner's suit;
- non-classical opening bids on two-level or higher (there is no need to alert Weak Two Majors);
- 1 NT opening bid which contains less than 14 HCP or can be done with 5-card major or 4441;
- all bids where partnership have previous repeated
experience of psyching.
All doubles and redoubles, no-trump bids which suggests a balanced or semi-balanced hand or no-trump contract, and all bids, with the exception of conventional opening suit bids, at the four level should not be alerted

Psychics

It is prohibited to psyche with one-level conventional opening bid. System protected psychics bids are prohibited.
